1. Uygulama içinden silme (önerilen)
Bu sayfa, Kinestos uygulamasındaki (geliştirici: AhdeVefa, paket adı: com.kinestos.kinestos) hesabınızı ve hesabınıza bağlı verileri nasıl sileceğinizi açıklar. Bu sayfayı ziyaret etmek tek başına hiçbir veriyi silmez.
- Kinestos uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
- Alt menüden Profil sekmesine gidin ve Ayarlar'a dokunun.
- Gizlilik bölümündeki kırmızı Sil seçeneğine dokunun.
- Uyarıyı okuyun ve Evet, Sil'e dokunun.
- Son Onay penceresinde tekrar Evet, Sil'e dokunun.
Onayın ardından hesabınız ve verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir ve oturumunuz kapatılır. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
2. Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa: e-posta ile talep
Uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız veya cihazınıza erişemiyorsanız silme talebinizi e-posta ile gönderebilirsiniz:
- Kinestos'a giriş yaptığınız Gmail (Google) adresinizden bir e-posta oluşturun.
- Alıcı: aybuahdevefa@gmail.com
- Konu satırına "Hesap silme talebi" yazın ve gönderin.

4. Aktif aboneliğiniz varsa
Hesabınızı silmek Google Play veya App Store aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Yeniden ücretlendirilmemek için aboneliğinizi Android'de Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler, iOS'ta Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edin. Hesap silindiğinde kalan krediler ve Pro avantajları sona erer.
5. Hesabı silmeden veri silme
Sohbet geçmişinizdeki sohbetleri uygulama içinden tek tek silebilirsiniz. Belirli bir analizin, fotoğrafın veya diğer verilerin hesabınız kapatılmadan silinmesini istiyorsanız, kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden aybuahdevefa@gmail.com adresine "Veri silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta göndererek hangi verilerin silinmesini istediğinizi belirtin; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
This page explains how to delete your account and its associated data in the Kinestos app (developer: AhdeVefa, package name: com.kinestos.kinestos). Visiting this page alone does not delete any data.
- Open the Kinestos app and sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap Settings.
- In the Privacy section, tap the red Delete option.
- Read the warning and tap Yes, Delete.
- In the Final Confirmation dialog, tap Yes, Delete again.
After confirmation your account and data are permanently deleted and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.
2. No access to the app? Request by email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can send a deletion request by email:
- Compose an email from the Gmail (Google) address you use to sign in to Kinestos.
- To: aybuahdevefa@gmail.com
- Write "Account deletion request" (or "Hesap silme talebi") in the subject line and send it.
3. What is deleted and what is retained

4. If you have an active subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. To avoid further charges, cancel it on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or on iOS in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. When the account is deleted, remaining credits and Pro benefits end.
5. Deleting data without deleting your account
You can delete individual conversations from your chat history in the app. If you want a specific analysis, photo or other data deleted without closing your account, email aybuahdevefa@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which data to delete; the request is completed within 30 days.
